Inspiration comes in so many different ways. Last weekend I was strolling through FaceBook and noticed a few people that reached out to me about a project I have done. I follow quite a few craft groups, and the one I was scrolling through was “Cricut Craft Life.” One of the followers posted about a Pine Round board they wanted to customize and were looking for some ideas of what to make with it. I posted two pictures of projects I have made with the Pine Wooden Round from Home Depot..So cool that I caught somebody’s attention with this project!
The first idea I gave was a sign I made for a friends shop. The sign was a gift for her first anniversary of Craft Pie Art Bar! After I posted this in Cricut Craft Life, I discovered that one of the other followers lives in my same small town and has even been following Craft on Facebook. I know that I have mentioned this before, but this shop is a gem in our little town. Just think; Cocktails, Pie, and Crafting. Now that spells happiness for me!
The other idea that I posted was a tray. It was a wedding gift. This post started some conversation that led me to putting together a tutorial on how to make it!
Using these rounds to make a tray, sign, or Lazy Susan are all great ideas for gifts. The rounds are from Home Depot and range in cost from $6.00 to $11.00. I hope you find this tutorial helpful when you make your very own tray, sign, or Lazy Susan!
Remember, Inspiration comes in so many different ways. My goal is to inspire you to create. It gives me such great joy. I love to teach others that they can make that one of a kind creation. The holidays are just around the corner so why not try and make a tray for that special gift!
INSPIRATION is a feeling that you get from someone or something, which gives you new and creative ideas.
