It’s that time again, Inspiration Friday! Since Christmas is going to be here before we know it. I have a fun project for you this week! I love the Rae Dunn themed wares! It says that her inspiration comes from the earth and she finds beauty in simple shapes, natural forms, and found objects. She is best known for her font and its simple lines. This project is my take on her simple font combined with Dollar Tree Ornaments. So I call this weeks project Rae Dunn Inspired Christmas Ornaments.
I will show you how you can make your own look-alike Rae Dunn ornaments for a lot less than the real thing! I’m sharing my tips and tricks for working with vinyl and round ornaments! Plus I will walk you through downloading a font from DaFont.com and uploading it to Design Space to use in this project. I used a free font from dafont, The Skinny. It’s the closest match I’ve found to the Rae Dunn font.

You probably know someone who would love a set of these for Christmas! The beauty of making your own ornaments is the customization!
