Today I want to share with you two thrift store up-cycled projects! I love thrift store shopping, and I am always looking for items to up-cycle! I love finding treasures that were someone else trash and turn them into fun and usable creations! Sometimes I walk into a store, and there are just sitting there waiting for me to discover them.
Thrift Stores have Charm!
Items have unique charm when you up-cycle old thrift store items to make them. The treasures from the days of old hold charm, and when you add your touch to them, they become original pieces of art! I love making up-cycled items for gifts.
Thrift Stores Discovers
This week I want I show you what I made from my finds last week. I discovered some bamboo register covers at Habitat for Humanity. I had no idea what to do with them, but they seemed to jump off the shelf at me! Then I found a wooden cup and a wooden cylinder at one of my local thrift stores. I have wanted to make some candle holders, and I knew these would work great! I added a few items and created these cute trays and these pillar candle holders!
Check out the video tutorial below to see how I up-cycled my Thrift Store finds! I had so much fun on these projects!
